Hi, I'm Tara.

Choosing what comes after graduation is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. With so many colleges, careers, and possibilities, it's easy for students (and parents) to wonder where to begin.

That's where I come in.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their future. Whether I've been working in higher education, teaching university students, or coaching individuals one-on-one, my favorite part has always been helping people recognize their potential and find a path that feels right for them.

I believe there isn't one "perfect" career or college for every student. Every young person has unique strengths, interests, and goals, and my role is to help them connect those pieces into a plan that feels both exciting and achievable.

As a career advisor, educator, coach, and adjunct professor, I bring experience—but more importantly, I bring curiosity, encouragement, and a personalized approach. I enjoy getting to know each student, asking thoughtful questions, and helping them discover possibilities they may not have considered.

My goal is simple: to help students leave each session feeling more confident, more informed, and excited about what's ahead.

Because the journey beyond the classroom isn't just about choosing a college or career—it's about discovering a future that fits who you are.

A few things about me...

Outside of coaching, you'll often find me on a tennis or pickleball court, enjoying Colorado's beautiful outdoors, or spending time with family and friends. I believe learning doesn't stop when we leave the classroom, and some of life's most valuable lessons come from new experiences, meaningful relationships, and being willing to try something new.

I love helping students discover that same sense of possibility as they begin creating their own path.
